The Pool Clubhouse is a great spot to come and relax. Whether you want to sit in a rocking chair and read a book, play ping-pong, eat lunch, watch TV, or just get out of the rain, the Clubhouse is a great retreat for boaters.
The Clubhouse may be Reserved for a Private Party:
The Eldean Shipyard Clubhouse, located next to the swimming pool is available for Seasonal Slip Customers to reserve for small private gatherings. The cost to rent the clubhouse is $200 (up to 5 hours). For those customers that slip and store their boats with us year-round, the rental fee is waived.
You are required to clean up the clubhouse after your event and throw your garbage away. You may opt to have us clean the space after your event for an additional $50. Those that do not clean up after there event will be charged.
• Reserve clubhouse for customer private party use from Memorial Day through Labor Day
• Monday – Thursday, 10 AM – 9 PM (and not available on Holidays)
• Guest may use Refrigerators and Freezer
• Upper Loft and Deck is Open and Available
• Food may be served inside the pool house
• Food may be eaten inside, in loft, upstairs deck, and outside
at raised step area outside pool house doors (but not on the brick area around the pool)
• You are required to clean up immediately after your party
The following are NOT Acceptable when reserving the clubhouse:
• No pool parties (party guests may not use the pool, hot tubs,
or lounge chairs)
• Do not use the pool deck area, except for coming and going
• The Stove is not available unless prior arrangements are made
• Loud, disruptive behavior is not tolerated.
• Transient guests may not reserve the clubhouse, unless part of
a larger group or rendezvous.
• Do not prop open the pool gate. The gate must remain locked.
